1. Return Eligibility:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of arrival.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like used crockery or opened sets cannot be returned unless damaged on delivery.
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email us at support@crockelia.com with your order number and product images.
Once approved, we’ll guide you through the pickup or replacement process.
4. Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned product.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items:
If you receive a wrong or broken item, kindly notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or images as proof.
6. Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
